These are the surrounding mountains and the lake in between them, which we will see a bit later birds eye style.

Standing out here on the edge of the world made my entire body feel as un-solid as I could have ever imagined. But at the same time so free. And so above it all, but so connected.

And all the way back down. Its much easier coming down than going up. However on the way down you're tired and wet and hungry. There is something so addicting about being in nature.
And other than becoming an expert hiker I have taken it upon myself to expand the downstairs room I live in. Since no one ever uses the room on the other side of mine except for me, I took down the blanket that separated the two rooms and now its just one giant cozy hideaway. And I can watch movies from bed now.

Its a work in progress. Like lighting would help. And I have to move my bed to fit the other wall. Right now I just step over the bed. Which is fine for me but not so fine for company.
It is STILL rainy and kinda cold. Surprise Surprise. There have been scattered sunny days for a couple weeks. But I am aching for vitamin d. Oh well Ill get it soon enough.
Chris and I are going down to Portland this weekend. New city, my favorite thing to explore.
Home phone gets connected on friday so Ill be making many calls this upcoming week.
And hopefully more pictures.
